Can I have a full walkthrough of quest 78?

Does that also apply to 83, 86, and 89? and if it doesn't can I get a walkthrough for those.

The quest 96, SAVE THE GIRLS. Were do I meet the girls?
East Corridor, 2nd Floor. Can be accessed from the library, lower right corner of the map.
is this game complete, abandoned or still being worked on?
The game is in development.
